Raised Storage Platform

Background 

As a company that specializes in industrial storage we often get requests to propose ideas for specialty storage solutions. One of the best ways to increase storage space in a confined building is to utilize high ceilings for additional level storage on a Mezzanine, sometimes referred to as Storage Platforms. Often people think Mezzanines and Storage Platforms are gigantic investments only available to large warehouse and those with big budgets. The reality is Storage Platforms can be designed to fit any space and are an investment available to businesses with any budget. 

 Problem

Building a new, or expanding onto a facility is costly and often unrealistic. Add in the time it takes to design, build and implement and you’ve spent possibly close to a year getting the extra storage space you need. This was the problem faced by our customer, and it is all too common. How does one expand square footage without breaking the bank?

Solution

Wasted vertical space could be converted into usable storage space with the help of a custom Storage Platform. In this case the space was relatively small which helped streamline the design and shipment. We went to one of our trusted mezzanine supplier and confirmed a design the would meet the customer needs

The result: a fully completed raised storage platform was installed for our customer providing them the maximization of their facility. No more wasted overhead space, and no more wishing for a larger facility.
