Goals:

Create a storage system that best utilized warehouse space. Needs to have both selective racks and high density LIFO (last in first out) racks. 

Solution:

Selective and Push Back Racking hybrid system. Allows for ground level storage for selective racks and high density push back on top. 

Result: 

Over 1600 pallet positions of hybrid system. Push back racking now allows for better utilization of space and easier inventory control.

Summary

This installation was meticulously planned and organized. No detail was left un-addressed and as a result the customer now has an efficient, safe, and organized warehouse. With overhead being one of the top costs for business, having an adaptable storage system makes for cost savings throughout the supply chain. Great job to our project manager Lee Duffy on providing this solution to our customer.
