This kind of service is what our customers rely on, so when a need arises they know where to turn.
This was the case recently at a local truck wash, as the owners realized that they needed some separation between designated dry space and their washing station. High pressured water makes for a wet building if not contained properly and this was the case in this scenario. The application had to be modular enough to be moved or adjusted if needed and installation had to be quick to avoid lost productivity. The options seemed as such: Either build and expensive and time consuming static wall or use cheap fabric separation that had only limited separation and durability.
We proposed the Rite-Hite Zoneworks curtain as a way to separate the washing station. The Zoneworks wall combines modular capabilities with complete separation of required space. As with all Rite-Hite products no stone is left unturned in the pursuit of quality and it can be seen in this application. The wall is designed to be watertight while also allowing for quick adjustment by sliding the curtain panels. Transparent sections at eye level allow for increased visibility and added safety precautions. Not only is the wall functional but it looks terrific in the washing station and will last for years.
The installation couldn’t have looked better and with all modular curtains the instillation time is a fraction of traditional brick and motor walls. Instead of weeks to months for a wall project, Zoneworks walls like this one go up in a matter of days. If you’d like to see more Zoneworks applications, check them out HERE.
